Through grounding, a Tea Ceremony and conscious presence, we gently transition from the outside world into the body — preparing you to meet the massage table feeling present, supported and ready to receive.

From here, you are invited to let go and receive the bodywork.

For those wishing to journey a little deeper, these longer ceremonies allow more spaciousness for conscious dialogue, emotional support, mentoring and deeper space-holding, alongside your full-body massage.
