A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all services.

Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours may result in the $100 booking deposit being forfeited.

Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours may incur the full session fee.

This is at the discretion of Sacred Essence and will always be considered with compassion for individual circumstances.

Once your appointment has been booked and confirmed, payments are non-refundable. However, genuine circumstances such as illness or family emergencies will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
